Important Information About GeniusVend Products
GeniusVend sells automated vending equipment. The purchase of a GeniusVend machine is not the purchase of a business opportunity, franchise, or seller-assisted marketing plan.
GeniusVend does not guarantee:
- profits or income
- business success
- customer traffic
- product sales
- vending machine placement or location availability
The success of any vending machine operation depends on many factors outside of Genius Vend’s control, including but not limited to location quality, product selection, pricing, local demand, operational effort, and market conditions.
Location Services
Some GeniusVend customers choose to use services that assist with identifying potential vending locations. One such service is Vending Leads, a lead-generation and location-finding service that is owned by the same company that operates GeniusVend.
While the businesses are affiliated, Vending Leads operates as a separate service that may be purchased independently from a GeniusVend machine.
Location services:
- are optional
- are not included with the purchase of a GeniusVend machine
- are provided separately from the sale of vending equipment
GeniusVend does not control or guarantee the results of any location-finding or lead-generation services.
No Earnings Claims
GeniusVend does not make earnings claims or income representations regarding the performance of vending machines.
Any examples, testimonials, or case studies that may be referenced by customers represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.
Independent Business Operation
Customers who purchase GeniusVend machines operate their vending machines as independent business owners. Each operator is responsible for their own business decisions, location agreements, product sourcing, pricing, and operational management.
