Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we will do everything possible to make sure you are pleased with your purchase. If you have any sort of problem with the product(s) you received from us, please always contact us first. We are the manufacturer of the Genius Vend vending cooler, and fully support the buyers of our products. Whether the issue is related to shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or anything else, we can almost always get the issue resolved quickly, and at no cost to the end user.

If nothing is wrong with the product and you simply have changed your mind and would like to return it, you can do so within 15 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us for an RMA # and to get the detailed return instructions.

Please note that if you opt to return an item to us, or refuse delivery of a item, the cost to return the product to us will be your responsibility. A 15% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund that is issued via your original payment method. (If you opt to purchase a different product from us, no restocking fee will apply.) Also note that discounted or sale items are not eligible to be returned.

Shipping Damage on Freight Deliveries
Every item that ships via LTL carrier (aka "Freight shipments") include a lift gate (to lower the item from the delivery truck) and an appointment delivery. So the freight company will reach out in advance to schedule a delivery time with you before delivering your order. Upon delivery, be sure to inspect the outer packaging carefully before signing the delivery receipt or letting the driver leave. Shipping damaged are quite rare, but if they occur please do not refuse the delivery, simply describe the visible damage you see one the document you sign to accept the delivery. In the event damage was present and you've noted it, you can then let the delivery driver leave and should open the crate as soon as possible. If no damage to the product is present, there's no need to take any action, but if the product is damaged you should contact us and we'll help you get the issue resolved quickly and at no cost to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus a 15% restocking fee) within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
