This seriously does the job on an entire full-time employee. Weve been using it the past few months to sell all of our cold goods like sandwiches, burritos, and pastries. It not only cut our lines at the registers by about half, but we are selling more deli goods than ever before (I think people not having to go through line helps!). This ai cooler is a true life-saver, and I cannot recommend highly enough!

Only have good things to say, working with Genius Vend's team and using this product as been a golden expereince. The machine gets the job done, and very well. It's really easy for my clients to use too, they seem to love it. With the older machine we replaced, people rarely got more than 1-2 items at a time. I regularly see people grab 3-4 (or more) products out of the GV machine. I also love that I can mix stuff that needs refrigerated with stuff that doesn't, how cool is that?

I was skeptical about the AI tech, but fed up enough with the old 1980's style machines on my route that I had to try one. I'm honestly blown away!! Not only has revenue for that machine been up OVER 100%, but the frustrated customer calls for a machine malfunction have stopped completely for that location!! Truly fantastic machine, and as long as it keeps operating like this I weil certainly be getting these machines in the future and no more of the over-priced Seaga retro machines!! :)

Fairly simple setup and most questions were answered timely through the WhatsApp chats.

I've been in the vending business for over 30 years, and this machine is an absolute game-changer. It's honestly superior to traditional combo machines in every conceivable way!! It is a breeze to load, setting up the payment processing takes minutes (not days or weeks), the locking casters are genius, and the heated door makes it so the merchandise is always clearly visible. I have seen a serious uptick in revenue since replacing one of the machines on my route, and I will be replacing each machine with one of these Genius Vend AI coolers as they wear down. Kudos to GENIUSVEND for engineering the best combo vending machine in the world!!

This would've saved me hundreds of hours over the past 17 years if these machines were around when I started my vending route. I've already replaced 4 machines with the Genius Vend AIs and plan to replace the rest as I phase out the old school Sega machines I made the mistake of putting throughout my entire route!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

I replaced a very old traditional machine with this AI cooler, and that was the best decision ever! I honestly think this machine is making triple what the old machine was (haven't completed my books yet this year, so don't know for sure!). It used to take 30+ minutes to restock the coil based Seaga machine I had, and I can fully restock this in under 5 minutes. The app tracks all purchases and makes managing inventory a very simple process. I honestly don't know how this AI cooler could be any better?!

Bought this to replace an old side-by-side at an apartment complex, and even with the footprint being half as much as my previous setup it’s doing nearly double the revenue. Shipping took like 4 days, and it came in an indestructible wooden crate. Fantastic product and the card processing setup in the app was an absolute breeze too!!

I can’t say enough good about this AI vending cooler! Setup was very slick with the app, and I’m getting nothing but positive comments from the patrons at my gym. The machine is incredibly accurate too, I haven’t had to adjust a single transaction yet. I’m definitely getting another one of these machines for my other location. A+++

We bought the Pro size fridge. Love it, although a few things could be better…
It has 2 drink shelves at the top and one at the bottom. It would be nice if all the drinks were together at the top, this way it doesn’t break up the flow and I could put all my large items together at the bottom.
What would be great is a row at the top for small items granola bars, candy ect.. then drink rows below that, then large open space for sandwiches salads large bags of chips.
The only other thing is a lock at the bottom too like at the top. I feel with just the one pin at the top, in a small window this door is going to need to be repaired. This is a large investment, yet a small locking system. When this breaks down, I’m going to be loosing money waiting for repairs. A better locking system is needed.

Holds at a steady 30 degrees no matter what temperature our space is at. Virtually no build up of frost either. Love the app, I don't even have to be on site to make changes - my team members tell me what sells out and what's added and I make all updates remotely. :)

Excellent machine. Using this outside under a canopy, and several months in it's working as well as ever! Love being able to manage it remotely, the app is a lifesaver.

This is my 3rd GeniusVend, and my 1st Double. This thing has room for days, you can put so much in here!! Same easy to use app for management, but just a lot more room.
